— Know Your Rights

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context clearly requires otherwise:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to "writing" includes electronic communication.

To register and maintain an account on the 23viptk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 23viptk operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Any Player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and any winnings voided.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 23viptk. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration details — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method information — must be accurate, current, and truthful at the time of registration and kept updated thereafter.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with 23viptk or any third-party responsible gaming programme that covers the 23viptk platform.

By completing the 23viptk registration process, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions above are satisfied and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 23viptk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. 23viptk strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account at all times.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your 23viptk account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 23viptk support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your credentials.
• Ensure that any device used to access 23viptk has up-to-date security software and is not subject to keylogging or other surveillance software.
• Update your registered contact information — including your email address and linked payment methods — promptly whenever such details change.

23viptk will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred because you shared your credentials or failed to report a suspected compromise in a timely manner.

All financial transactions on the 23viptk platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating payment method.
• 23viptk accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 23viptk account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Delays may occur during periods of high system load or due to third-party payment processing issues.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your verified 23viptk account.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification in full. 23viptk reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• Withdrawals will be processed in the order in which they are received. Processing times vary by payment method but 23viptk aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account balance must have their associated wagering requirements fully satisfied before the corresponding portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• 23viptk does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which 23viptk accepts no responsibility.

23viptk offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Circumventing this restriction — for example by opening additional accounts — constitutes abuse of the 23viptk bonus system and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Where a Player holds both real-money and bonus funds, real-money funds are wagered first unless stated otherwise.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used and wagering requirements that are not satisfied within the bonus validity period will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically.
• Maximum Bonus Bet: When playing with active bonus funds, a maximum single-bet restriction applies. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum bonus bet limit may result in wagering contributions being voided and bonus funds being removed from your account.
• Promotional Abuse: 23viptk employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, coordinated multi-account wagering, and use of automated betting software. Detection of such activity will result in bonus removal, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of associated balances.

23viptk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered at the time of the change, unless fraud or abuse is suspected.

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted through the 23viptk platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on 23viptk are subject to acceptance by the platform. 23viptk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of system error, obvious pricing mistakes, or where a bet is placed after an event has concluded.
• Game Outcomes: All casino games on 23viptk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are final once a round is completed and cannot be reversed unless a verifiable technical fault is demonstrated.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, interruption, or error that materially affects a game round, 23viptk reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's account. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the 23viptk platform.
• Cricket & Sports Betting: Sports betting markets on 23viptk — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — are governed by the specific sports betting rules available within the sportsbook section of the platform. In-play bets are subject to the market suspension rules applicable at the time of placement.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game or market interface. 23viptk may adjust individual stake limits for specific accounts without prior notice.
• Responsible Gambling: All betting and gaming activity on 23viptk is subject to the responsible gaming tools and limits available in your account settings. 23viptk strongly encourages all Players to make use of deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options where appropriate.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 23viptk platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reports being made to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one 23viptk account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, cloned, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your 23viptk account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the 23viptk platform as a channel to process or obscure the origins of illicit funds.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets without express written permission from 23viptk.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players — for example, coordinating bet placement in live poker or live game shows to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the 23viptk platform's backend systems, databases, APIs, or network infrastructure.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting 23viptk support and following the internal dispute resolution process. Unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 23viptk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the 23viptk platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 23viptk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the 23viptk platform due to technical maintenance, server downtime, third-party infrastructure failure, or circumstances beyond 23viptk's reasonable control.
• Any financial loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, as described in Section 3 of these Terms.
• Any loss arising from delays or failures in third-party payment processing by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking partner.
• Any decisions you make based on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the 23viptk platform. Odds and statistics are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

Nothing in these Terms limits 23viptk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The 23viptk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 23viptk makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any information presented within it.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your 23viptk account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed in the normal course, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Suspension or Closure by 23viptk: 23viptk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 — including being under 18 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion request received from the account holder or from an authorised responsible gaming organisation.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 23viptk reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 23viptk is committed to resolving any disputes with Players in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

Informal Resolution: In the first instance, Players with a complaint or dispute should contact the 23viptk support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, the date it occurred, and any relevant evidence. 23viptk will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and aims to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Formal Complaints: If an informal resolution is not reached to your satisfaction within 14 calendar days of your initial complaint, you may escalate the matter by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and including your account details and a summary of the dispute. 23viptk will provide a final response within a further 14 calendar days.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with any specific game rules, promotional terms, and the 23viptk Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 23viptk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements on the same subject matter.

Amendments: 23viptk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email or prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the 23viptk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
